Access to your personal information is limited to those employees who need to know the
information to provide products and services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic and

information.  We collect only the information necessary to deliver quality products and
services to our customers.

We do NOT Sell, Rent or Otherwise provide customer information to Non-Affiliated
Companies so they can market to you.

services you have requested.  We may collect NPI from you and from your transactions with
us.   This NPI may include:

  •       Your Name, address, phone number, social security number and email address

  •       Information about transactions or experiences with us or other institutions.

We will share NPI with outside parties only as allowed by law.  If such disclosure is made, it will
be made only to provide you with the products and services that you have requested from
us or to administer these products or services.

We may disclose NPI, including “transactions or experience” information to our affiliates listed
in this Privacy Notice.  For example, we may disclose NPI to our affiliates to:

  •        Fulfill your requests

  •        Service your product; or

  •        Offer you other products or services of interest to you


The terms “we” and “our” when used in the Privacy Notice refer to the above company and the
following affiliates: TRANS UNION, EXPERIAN and EQUIFAX.
