Thank you so much for years of wonderful service. Amsties makes it so easy to check our applicants, and it has helped us to build a great tenant population. That in iytself has made the service worth it. I especially like the ability to connect easily with an expert to help us evaluate the applicant. Keep up the good woek. Please have any potential customers contact me for a personal recommendation.

If a prospective tenant has lived in more than one state in the past seven years, what is the best advice you can give for a criminal check? I am guessing ordering both states is the best way to be accurate, but what would you suggest?

It would be best to check both states, however did the applicant jsut recently move to one state? If they are recently in the other state, it may be in your best interest to run the previous state. It all depends on how long they have lived in their current state.
